During this period, I tried to dispel my prejudices by experiencing and studying academic art.

I stopped using acrylic paint, which was my main material, and returned to everyone’s very first material: charcoal. I tried to move my arms naturally, without thought.

Unknown shapes and lines and then strange characters started to appear on the paper. I realized that they expressed my emotion directly.

It is a really good exercise to open my heart in any medium, and so I have continued this series of drawings.
