This is the first ceramic series of BEARÖMIXX.

When I learned how to use a machine called Extruder for making clay coils, I thought of making bears using this machine.

I tried to make a bunch of tubes and create the eyes, noses, ears, and tails.

I admire old Japanese ceramic works and thought it might be a beautiful contrast to use tasteful and calm colors on cute figures. Therefore, I glazed simple earth colors onto these bears.

The ceramics in the project called ART IS RAINBOW (2012) are antecedents of BAMBOO BEARS.
